Maggie is a principal product lead at Auto Trader  working to build a CX platform of products, services and tooling to support high quality interactions within the AT marketplace.  She’s previously worked as a product strategy consultant at Thoughtworks and Head of Product for Taylor & Francis. Maggie has a special interest in ‘how’ we create and enjoys coaching and mentoring on product methodologies, ways of working and evidence based decision making.

John is the Head of Product at Defra, leading sustainable product management for GOV.UK services and driving greener, user-focused solutions. With extensive experience in digital transformation across sectors such as entertainment, fintech, education, and government, he advocates for user-centered design, accessibility, and agile development. Passionate about innovation, he fosters ethical and environmentally conscious approaches to building digital services that benefit both people and the planet.
